We aim to explore the relationships between the worlds of business, academia, and art—focusing on what unites and divides them in their approaches to change and innovation.
The thematic scope of the publication includes, among others:
organizational and social innovations,
creative and design-based methods (e.g., design thinking, lean, performance),
interdisciplinary forms of collaboration,
case studies of innovative practices.
This publication is part of the research project "Performative Research in Response to Civilizational Challenges," which develops and tests the PEREBEL method—an approach that combines artistic practices with scientific methodology to generate knowledge and support organizational transformation under conditions of unpredictable change.
Why contribute?
Open access publication in widely available databases such as POLONA,
Participation in a peer-reviewed academic volume created in collaboration with practitioners and innovation experts,
Opportunity to engage in an interdisciplinary discussion on novel methods for supporting organizational change,
A chance to join an international collaboration network—the publication may serve as a springboard for further research, partnerships, or research residencies.
