CALL FOR PAPERS: „Organizacje wobec wyzwania innowacyjności”

The aim of the publication is to present analyses and case studies on ways of stimulating processes of change and adaptation in organizations operating in dynamic, unstable environments. We are interested in new practices, unconventional management approaches, and innovative solutions implemented under challenging conditions. Our goal is to show how organizations develop their innovativeness through artistic, design-based, or educational activities. We encourage submissions that illustrate how innovation can be supported, designed, and tested in response to contemporary challenges.
